Payment must be submitted prior to the production of your custom product. I will happily spend time working on a design for you before payment is submitted, but my design time is included in the final cost of custom products.

We generally use USPS priority shipping. If you have special shipping needs, let us know. If you are a local customer and prefer to pick up your order at our warehouse in West Columbia (Monday - Friday), please use the coupon code LOCALPICKUP to avoid shipping costs.
